Refund and Returns Policy

As our services are entirely digital and are provided online through consultations, courses, workshops, or content access, we kindly ask our clients to carefully review our refund and cancellation policy before purchasing any service.
1. Non-Tangible Digital Services
Due to the nature of our services, which are digital, non-tangible, and provided online, once a service has been rendered (e.g., a consultation session, delivered course materials, or access to educational resources), it is considered to have been fully provided. Therefore, we do not offer refunds for completed services or used content.
2. Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule your booked session, we ask that you notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. If the cancellation or rescheduling is made within 24 hours of the scheduled session, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund.
If we, as the service provider, need to cancel or reschedule your session due to unforeseen circumstances, we will either offer you a full refund or allow you to reschedule at your convenience.
In cases of rescheduling, please contact us as soon as possible so we can offer you the next available time slot. We strive to be as flexible as possible and ensure that your learning experience is uninterrupted.
3. Refunds for Packages or Courses
For clients who purchase multi-session packages or online courses, the following conditions apply:
- A full refund is available within 7 days of the initial purchase, provided that no sessions have been attended or no content has been accessed.
- If you decide to cancel after the 7-day period or if you have already attended sessions or accessed materials, unfortunately, we cannot provide a refund.
- Partial refunds will not be issued for unused sessions once the refund period has passed, and no refunds will be granted for ongoing courses or sessions beyond the initial refund window.
- Please note that we do not offer refunds for any downloadable resources, course materials, or recorded sessions once they have been accessed.
4. Service Quality Guarantee
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you feel that the service you received does not meet your expectations or if you are dissatisfied with the quality of the consultation or educational session, please reach out to us within 48 hours of the session delivery. We will review the case and assess whether a partial refund, alternative session, or credit for future services is appropriate.
If you believe there was a significant issue with the delivery or content of the session, we encourage you to contact us so we can address your concerns and provide a solution.
5. How to Request a Refund

- Full name and contact information
- Service/session name and description
- Date of purchase or booking
- The reason for your refund request
We will carefully review your request and aim to process all valid refund requests within 5–7 business days. If additional information is needed, we may reach out to you to clarify your situation.
6. No Refunds for Digital Content Accessed
Once you have accessed any downloadable materials, videos, or course content, we cannot issue a refund. This includes video tutorials, written guides, or any other downloadable materials provided as part of our services. Therefore, we recommend that you review the course descriptions or consult with us beforehand if you have any questions or concerns.
7. Special Cases
We understand that some special circumstances may arise. In cases of personal emergencies, health issues, or other exceptional events that may affect your ability to participate in scheduled sessions, please contact us directly. We will do our best to work with you to reschedule or offer alternative solutions.
